Currently, the header on each page of a proof includes:

• Left: Information about the font style(s) used by a section: family name, file name, style name, designer name, and/or version number
• Center: The section name (optional)
• Right: Date, time, and page number

“Custom Header Content” refers a group of features that would allow you to edit this content on a more granular level. Examples: adding additional text, dynamic information, or changing the formatting of dates/times. There could also be more customization to the visual design of the header.
