Highlights

⚡ A Live Preview at the top of the Section Editor

:up-down-arrow-keys: Change any number in a text field with the arrow keys
:fp-layout-waterfall: The Style Comparison and Waterfall layouts gain adjustable :fp-row-spacing: row spacing, continuous content that flows across rows, multiple font sizes (a different size per font style; great for optical sizes), and multiple tracking values.
:fp-one-line-at-a-time: See your content one line at a time. Great for Style Comparison rows. And every row ends at the same place—no need for manual line breaks!
:fp-script-based-text-alignment: Script-Based Text Alignment: align Arabic paragraphs to the right, and Latin to the left
🏎️ Much faster PDF exports

- :fp-layout-glyph-grid: The Glyph Grid layout is up to 14× faster

See the first page of a section as you edit it. This small preview sits at the top of the Section Editor, and it updates instantly as you change the content and design.
Click the preview to peek at the second page. That’s often helpful when fine-tuning a layout and understanding how the content overflows to more pages.
- The Section Live Preview is intended to show you the first page or two. To see the whole thing, export a PDF.
:fp-layout-glyph-grid: It works with every layout, including the Glyph Grid.
- And it works with any kind of font! Glyphs projects, RoboFont UFOs, and font binaries. Make a change in your font editor, save, and the Live Preview is up to date.
- 💾 A note about saving: Currently the Live Preview refreshes a Glyphs or RoboFont project when you save that project. But saving isn’t required when you export a PDF of your proof—that will always use the latest version of your font projects, even if they have unsaved changes. So exporting a PDF acts just like earlier versions.
